About the role
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join Arkle Finance on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Wellingborough. The role sits at the heart of our business, supporting brokers and customers throughout the life of finance agreements while working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone enquiries from customers and brokers promptly and professionally.
- Process end‑to‑end administration including proposal loading, Direct Debit set‑up, detail changes and payment preparation.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records and documentation.
- Conduct searches and supplier validations for new agreements.
- Use Salesforce to communicate with introducers and clients, meeting agreed service‑level targets.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑service or office‑based role.
- Strong administration abilities and confidence using IT systems.
- Clear communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Numerate, accurate and highly attentive to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and stay organised.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or a similar CRM system).
