Operations Manager – London

About the role

Pret is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a group of shops in London. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring high‑quality food service, and delivering profitable results while embodying Pret’s values of kindness, honesty and generosity.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning for your area, fostering a happy and balanced team.
• Coach shop managers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Manage forecasting, rota planning, ordering and production to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Take full P&L accountability, analysing results and reacting proactively to challenges.
• Champion change initiatives, communicate new standards clearly and ensure successful implementation.
