Oracle HCM Transformation Lead – Senior Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Lead to drive large‑scale HR transformation programmes for a leading consulting organisation. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, this senior position will combine deep functional HR knowledge with expert Oracle Fusion HCM skills to modernise client HR operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle HCM transformation workstreams across the full project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Design solutions for core HCM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goals.
• Oversee functional consultants and delivery teams, guaranteeing high‑quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Support programme governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Contribute to business development, pre‑sales activities and proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or transformations in a consulting environment.
• Strong functional understanding of HR operating models, including Core HR, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Time & Labour and Workforce Management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and manage cross‑functional teams in complex programmes.
• Experience engaging with senior HR leadership and stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and eligibility for security clearance where required.
