Outbound Sales Advisor – Warm Leads

About the role

Join Reed’s Crewe office as an Outbound Sales Advisor focused on warm leads. You will engage customers who have already expressed interest in ink and toner solutions, helping them find the right products without the pressure of cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound warm leads and provide expert advice on Reed’s branded ink and toner products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive communication.
• Accurately record interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales targets and earn uncapped commission bonuses.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telesales.
• Positive, people‑first attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Confident, enthusiastic and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using IT tools.
• Strong listening, influencing and negotiation abilities.
