About the role
We are looking for a highly organised, personable and proactive PA & Office Coordinator to support two senior leaders in a fast‑moving international entertainment business. Based in Central London, you will be the hub of daily office activity, ensuring smooth operations while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide PA support to two senior leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate logistics for major international industry events – travel, accommodation, registrations, meetings and hospitality.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls and office enquiries, delivering a warm and professional experience.
- Maintain office functionality by managing suppliers, supplies, IT set‑up, post, health & safety and general administration.
- Assist the team with the preparation of documents, presentations and marketing materials.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as upcoming office improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a PA or Team Assistant role, preferably within TV, film or entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, suppliers and external contacts.
- Proactive, organised and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
- Calm, efficient and solutions‑focused approach in a dynamic environment.
