Paraplanner – Hybrid role in Cobham, South East England

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm operating across Sussex and Surrey, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Cobham office. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing two days of remote work and three days on site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and write detailed suitability reports for client financial plans.
• Support financial advisers with research, data analysis and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Liaise with clients to gather information and clarify requirements.
• Assist in the development of investment recommendations and portfolio reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA environment.
• Part‑Chartered status or working towards chartered qualification.
• Strong understanding of suitability reporting and investment operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
