Paraplanner – Hybrid role in Sussex (up to £50k)

About the role
Our client, an award‑winning independent financial adviser (IFA) firm based in Sussex, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support its Brighton office and surrounding locations. The position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days remote.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and write suitability reports for client financial plans.
- Assist advisers in developing comprehensive financial recommendations.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Maintain client records and update financial planning software.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality advice.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner, preferably within an IFA environment.
- Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports.
- Part‑Chartered status or working towards it.
- Experience with investment operations (IO) is desirable, though training will be provided.
- Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement.
