Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join a respected wealth management firm in London. This role goes beyond routine suitability reporting – you will act as a technical partner to financial planners, contributing directly to client discussions and shaping service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and produce high‑quality suitability reports.
• Support client meetings and provide technical input to financial planners.
• Identify and drive improvements to team processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with planners to develop tailored financial solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified, preferably progressing towards Chartered status (support provided).
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning concepts.
• Comfortable with client‑facing interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and report‑writing ability.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and enjoys building relationships.
