Part III Architect – Hybrid Role (UK)

About the role

Our client, a respected architectural practice in the UK, is looking for a Part III qualified Architect to join a hybrid team (three days in‑office, two days remote). The role offers the chance to work on large‑scale, complex schemes across industrial, commercial, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, aviation and data‑centre sectors, from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects from initial concept to completion.
• Develop innovative, practical design solutions for large‑scale developments.
• Produce and manage high‑quality technical information using Revit.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Work independently while supporting the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Required profile

• Part III qualified architect (or equivalent experience).
• ARB registration preferred but not essential.
• Strong experience in large‑scale sectors such as industrial, commercial, logistics, healthcare, aviation, hospitality or data‑centres.
• Experience across both concept design and technical delivery stages.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively.
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
