Part-Time Store Colleague

About the role

A part-time Store Colleague position in Newcastle upon Tyne, within a fast-paced retail environment. The role helps customers feel valued and supported while keeping the shop floor running smoothly, with a focus on service, presentation and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for customers, giving support and product information where needed
• Help achieve team sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending products and promoting complementary items
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Replenish stock so products are available and correctly displayed
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required
