Part‑Qualified Accountant – Luxury Events

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing luxury events company in central London as a Part‑Qualified Accountant. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will support the finance team in delivering accurate financial information for multiple high‑profile events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements for each event.
• Track event costs and collaborate with the production team to manage budgets.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Update event cash flows, monitor currency exposures and mitigate working‑capital risk.

Required profile

• Recent, relevant experience in a similar finance role.
• Part‑qualified or finalist accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Comfortable owning management accounts in a fast‑paced, product‑led environment.
• Detail‑driven, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborative communicator who can work with non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using finance systems for reporting and analysis.
