About the role
HOB Salons is seeking a part‑time Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients across its London, Hertfordshire and Essex locations. Working remotely, you will handle calls, emails and online enquiries while ensuring a smooth booking experience for our premium hair‑care clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails and online messages in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate schedules across multiple salon branches.
- Update and maintain accurate client records and digital files.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, email management and supporting administrative requests.
- Collaborate with salon teams to ensure timely communication and an exceptional client experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a receptionist, front‑desk or similar administrative position is preferred.
- Familiarity with salon, beauty or hospitality environments is an advantage.
