Part‑Time Operations Coordinator – Cumbria

About the role

We are looking for three enthusiastic Operations Coordinators to support our growing portfolio of serviced accommodation across Cumbria. This part‑time role involves ensuring properties are guest‑ready, supporting business development and helping the team deliver a seamless, hands‑off service for landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Order and manage property stock, linen and consumables.
• Carry out regular property inspections and quality‑assurance checks.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, check completed cleans and manage linen schedules.
• Oversee maintenance jobs from reporting to completion, liaise with contractors and obtain quotations.
• Assist with new property set‑ups, furnishing and staging, and produce welcome packs and instruction manuals.
• Update online property listings and contact guests to encourage repeat and direct bookings.
• Identify new booking opportunities, conduct property viewings and meet prospective landlords.
• Create social‑media content to promote properties and services.
• Support the wider team with day‑to‑day operational tasks and build strong relationships with guests, landlords, contractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Highly organised and able to solve problems independently.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Available for 20–24 hours per week on a fixed 3‑week rolling rota (one weekend in three).
• Motivated to contribute to a growing business and pursue career progression.
