About the role

Join the Levi’s® Tailor Shop on Brompton Road and help customers personalize, alter, and repair their denim. This part‑time position (20 hours per week) blends craftsmanship with retail service in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide on‑site customisation or measurements for denim alterations.
• Support the shop floor team by assisting with sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate tailoring appointments efficiently.
• Communicate with fellow Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Previous tailoring experience, preferably with retail exposure.
• Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
• Creative mindset and capacity to think outside the box.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
