Payroll Supervisor – Accounting & Finance

About the role

The Payroll Supervisor will lead the payroll function within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with legal and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll calculations, including tax, pensions and other deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and implement necessary changes.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Maintain and update payroll systems and records.
• Support audits and other compliance-related activities.

Required profile

• Professional experience in payroll management, preferably handling multiple payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
