Pension Administrator – New Business Team

About the role

We are looking for a Pension Administrator to join our New Business Team in Manchester. You will support clients and financial advisers by handling pension‑related queries and processing new business, transfers, and investment instructions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in finance or customer service who wants to develop a long‑term career in the pensions sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service to clients and financial advisers.
• Handle pension‑related queries and requests from start to finish.
• Process new business, transfers, and investment instructions accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams, advisers, and external providers.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and is completed on time.
• Build strong relationships through clear and professional communication.

Required profile

• Customer service experience within financial services (banking, pensions, investments, insurance).
• Confident speaking to clients and advisers over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers and systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
