People and Culture Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic People and Culture Business Partner to join a specialist logistics client in Hounslow. In this permanent, full‑time position you will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop, communicate and maintain HR policies that foster a positive work environment.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Lead diversity, equity and inclusion programmes.
• Design and deliver training to enhance leadership and employee skills.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and support data‑driven decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff on HR matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within logistics or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to influence decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
