Plasterer (Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our Westminster team, working on a local patch of properties in London. The role combines plastering, tiling and general repairs across occupied and void homes, offering reduced travel and a steady workload. You will interact directly with residents and housing teams, delivering high‑quality finishes and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver plastering and tiling works to residents' homes.
• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage daily workload using a PDA.
• Maintain van stock, equipment and PPE before each job.
• Promote and adhere to safe working practices and RAMS.
• Provide face‑to‑face customer service with a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience as a plasterer with tiling capability.
• Ability to work independently and self‑sufficiently.
• Comfortable using hand tools and small powered equipment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Experience reading and following written and verbal instructions.
