Power Platform Developer (Hybrid) – Up to £65K

About the role

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a growing technology team near Beaconsfield. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence 2‑3 days per week, and focuses on turning business requirements into scalable, secure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead designing, developing and supporting Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
• Gather and translate business requirements into user‑focused technical designs.
• Create automated workflows and business processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Microsoft Power Platform enhancements and recommend new capabilities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs and support materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and third‑party APIs/connectors.
• Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL‑400, PL‑600) are highly desirable.
