PPC Manager – Paid Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to lead paid‑search campaigns for an independent agency. You will guide junior team members, ensure high‑quality delivery and stay ahead of industry developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies across multiple platforms, identifying new betas, testing opportunities and upsell potential.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff while maintaining responsibility for final output quality.
• Produce performance reports for clients, delivering actionable insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with key platform partners and stay updated on their latest products.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing international paid‑search accounts on multiple engines.
• SA360, Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate across the agency.
