About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers a seasoned PR professional the chance to lead a high‑profile press office for a well‑established UK fashion retail brand. You will shape seasonal campaigns, product launches and media relations across print and digital channels while supporting broader business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated PR campaigns aligned with product launch objectives.
• Drive brand awareness through strategic media outreach and profile‑building activities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with fashion, lifestyle and trade media.
• Lead all press‑office activities, ensuring consistent and commercially effective brand messaging.
• Support international growth with tailored PR support and media engagement.
• Oversee press‑sample management and related budgets.
• Plan and deliver press events, launches and media activations.
• Monitor coverage, calculate PR value, track competitor activity and report findings.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, e‑commerce and creative teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of fashion PR experience, either in‑house or agency side.
• Strong existing relationships across fashion and lifestyle media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial product PR.
• Proven track record delivering events, launches and media engagements.
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Good understanding of the UK fashion retail landscape.
