Primary Teacher – Full‑time (EYFS/KS1/KS2)

About the role
We are seeking a passionate, qualified Primary Teacher to join a partner primary school in Waltham Cross for the upcoming academic year. This full‑time, long‑term assignment starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to own a classroom and drive pupil progress across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
Key responsibilities
- Inspirational Lesson Delivery – plan and deliver engaging, National Curriculum‑aligned lessons.
- Progress Tracking & Assessment – use formative and summative tools to monitor and support student achievement.
- Classroom Team Leadership – collaborate with Teaching Assistants to meet SEND and EAL needs.
- Positive Environment – foster a calm, respectful, and stimulating classroom culture.
- Parental Partnership – maintain clear, professional communication with parents and guardians.
- Collaborative School Contribution – participate in phase planning, staff meetings, PD days and whole‑school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – mandatory.
- Proven teaching experience in a UK primary setting (both early‑career and seasoned teachers welcome).
- Strong curriculum knowledge, including literacy, phonics and numeracy frameworks.
- Effective classroom management skills with high behavioural expectations.
- Commitment to a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule starting September 2026.

What we offer
- Daily rate of £150‑£232 (GBP) for a full‑time teaching position.
