About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher for Key Stage 1 to join a friendly, one‑form entry primary school in Woking. The successful candidate will help nurture every child’s potential and contribute to a collaborative, child‑centred environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, supporting their social and emotional development.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with SEND.
- Maintain excellent classroom practice and manage behaviour effectively.
- Communicate progress and collaborate with parents, colleagues and senior leadership.
Required profile
- Passionate, adaptive and highly motivated classroom teacher.
- Experience teaching primary pupils, preferably with SEND experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
