About the role

Atlas Technica is expanding its AI & Advisory practice to deliver secure, agentic workflows for institutional investors. The Principal, Agentic Strategy & Solutions will lead the design and delivery of client‑facing advisory services, creating multi‑agent systems that generate measurable ROI for high‑value funds.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the "Agentic Workflow Training" series and build repeatable institutional products.
• Develop and maintain proprietary pattern libraries for long/short equity, macro, credit, and private‑market strategies.
• Define basic and advanced AI Factory playbooks for clients at different maturity levels.
• Design sophisticated system prompts and multi‑agent workflows using Claude, ChatGPT and other LLMs.
• Establish robust evaluation harnesses to measure agent performance, hallucination risk, and research depth.
• Lead high‑stakes design sprints for C‑suite stakeholders at $10B+ AUM funds.
• Partner with Sales and Client‑Team Managers to translate AI needs into scoped consulting engagements.
• Serve as internal coach for prompt and agent fluency, creating playbooks for engineering teams.
• Contribute to R&D on AI Defense, focusing on prompt safety and governance for regulated environments.

Required profile

• 7+ years in a global consultancy (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG) leading client engagements.
• Daily practitioner of LLMs and orchestration frameworks with hands‑on terminal experience.
• Fluency in capital‑markets terminology and processes.
• Ability to explain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation to non‑technical executives while maintaining technical credibility.
• High‑velocity orientation, thriving in environments where technology evolves weekly.
