Procurement Officer / Analyst (Hybrid, London)

About the role

The Procurement Officer/Analyst will support the delivery of the organisation's procurement strategy, providing high‑quality analysis, operational support and stakeholder engagement. This hybrid role is based in London and is initially offered on a six‑month fixed‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer supplier set‑up processes, ensuring due‑diligence and operational checks are completed.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) queries and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Manage Purchasing Card (PCard) administration, including issuance, monitoring, audits and spending limits.
• Monitor the Procurement and Travel inbox, respond to enquiries and coordinate with the Travel Management Company.
• Analyse organisation‑wide expenditure data from procurement systems and produce reports.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on procurement procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement operations, supplier management and P2P processes.
• Familiarity with PCard administration and travel management support.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret expenditure data.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
