Product & Project Management roles – all levels (UK)

About the role

We are looking for Product and Project Management professionals at every seniority level to join a range of UK‑based organisations. Whether you specialise in product ownership, delivery management, or agile facilitation, you will help shape ideas into working software that delivers real impact for users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define what to build and why.
• Own communication, reporting and stakeholder alignment across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Manage dependencies, risks and trade‑offs, removing blockers that slow the team.
• Drive delivery cadence and maintain momentum toward outcomes that matter.
• Product track: define vision, strategy and roadmap; lead discovery, user research and backlog prioritisation; set success metrics and measure impact.
• Project/Delivery track: plan scope, schedule, budget and resources; run agile ceremonies; maintain RAID logs; coordinate cross‑functional teams and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• Strong grounding in delivery methodologies – Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional/hybrid approaches.
• Hands‑on experience with delivery and product tooling.
• Commercial instinct and the ability to lead without formal authority.
