Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a fast‑paced production department at a leading metal manufacturing site in Enfield. You will work closely with senior directors to develop a high‑performing team of workshop engineers and ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and manage workflow to meet targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of skilled workshop engineers.
• Collaborate with directors on process improvements and capacity planning.
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards across the department.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven background in manufacturing or production management.
• Experience in electrical/electronic or metal environments is desirable.
• Ability to commute to Enfield and work on‑site, Monday to Friday.
