Project Manager – Complex Global Deployments

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex, high‑risk projects, ranging from single‑site to global deployments. You will ensure all projects meet strict time, cost, and quality standards by utilizing industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of projects, managing scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks and quality.
• Consolidate and document project fundamentals, monitor budgets and provide early warnings of deviations.
• Develop and maintain resource allocation plans, engaging internal, customer and third‑party teams on a matrix basis.
• Establish governance structures, define roles and responsibilities, and conduct project health‑check reviews.
• Identify, log and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Produce highlight reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects in a fast‑paced MSP environment.
• Proven track record of managing large change programmes and delivering Microsoft‑based solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C‑level executives.
• Experience using planning, monitoring and governance techniques for risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
