Project Manager – Employee Listening (Snapshot Survey)

About the role

HSBC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of its annual all‑employee Snapshot Survey, a high‑visibility people initiative that reaches staff worldwide. You will oversee the end‑to‑end process, from final preparation and launch through to results reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the 2026 Snapshot Survey across multiple regions and functions.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and fixed deadlines to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Engage with senior leaders, HR partners and cross‑functional teams to align expectations and communicate progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and iterative delivery to maintain momentum.
• Produce and present survey results, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience delivering large, complex global programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to challenge, influence and escalate when needed.
• Experience working in HR, People, Employee Experience or Workforce Analytics environments.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple functions, markets and languages.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication abilities in fast‑paced, complex settings.
