Project Manager – Leisure, Commercial & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager with Tier 1 experience to lead major leisure, commercial and hospitality schemes across Tonbridge and the wider South East England region. You will own projects from pre‑construction through to final handover, working for a respected main contractor with strong growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of commercial, leisure and hospitality projects to Tier 1 standards.
• Act as the primary client‑facing representative with public sector bodies, local stakeholders, design teams and sub‑contractors.
• Oversee commercial control, programming, procurement and risk management.
• Mentor and empower on‑site delivery teams to ensure quality, safety and performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering leisure, commercial or hospitality projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and experience navigating public‑sector frameworks.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
