Project Manager – Near Patient Care Implementations

About the role

Roche Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale Near Patient Care (NPC) implementation programmes across the UK and Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for planning, governance and delivery of complex projects that introduce connected glucose and ketone testing solutions to healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of NPC implementation programmes involving connected glucose and ketone testing solutions.
• Manage complex projects across multiple healthcare service organisations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk registers and governance documentation.
• Coordinate workstreams such as implementation, training, IT connectivity, logistics, customer readiness and technical support.
• Build effective relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders including POCT teams, pathology, nursing, IT, procurement and operational leads.
• Chair project meetings, steering groups and governance reviews, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with Roche Quality Management Systems, regulatory requirements and health & safety standards.
• Monitor project performance against milestones, KPIs and financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practice across implementation programmes.
