Property Administrator – Retail Expansion

About the role

Join VPZ at its Edinburgh head office as a Property Administrator, supporting the company’s rapid store expansion and managing a nationwide property portfolio. This high‑exposure role offers hands‑on experience across new store projects, portfolio management and external stakeholder relationships, with clear pathways for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support new store openings from initial property assessment through fit‑out, snagging and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and surveyors to meet project milestones.
• Assist with ongoing property portfolio management and expansion activities.
• Prepare property analysis and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, agents and other external partners.

Required profile

• Ambitious and commercially minded individual.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Based at the Edinburgh head office and able to travel to sites nationwide.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
