Property Manager – Residential & Commercial Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of around 500 residential and commercial properties. You will join a close‑knit team of three managers, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties, from tenancy to maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests.
• Address tenant complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation.
• Handle evictions, move‑outs, and legal compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.

Required profile

• Full driving licence and own car.
• At least 2 years of property management experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of UK property legislation.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and work independently.

What we offer

• Salary £30,000 – £35,000 per year plus commission.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
