Property Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are looking for an organised and experienced Property Manager to join a successful independent estate agency in Epsom. The role focuses on managing a varied residential lettings portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling enquiries and issues.
• Coordinate maintenance works, schedule contractor appointments and ensure timely resolution.
• Address tenancy matters, resolve problems efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all properties comply with current legislation and conduct regular inspections.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional telephone manner and confident communication style.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Positive, proactive problem‑solving attitude and a team‑player mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
