Property / Subsidence Claims Technician

About the role

This position is based within the Property TPA Division and focuses on managing subsidence claims from initial report through to settlement. You will work closely with a national team of field adjusters, providing first‑class service to insurers, policyholders and contractors while ensuring all client service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a caseload of subsidence claims to timely resolution.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports and settlement recommendations for insurers.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure compliance with client‑specific criteria.
• Collaborate with field adjusters to gather necessary information and evidence.

Required profile

• Experience in property or subsidence claims handling.
• Strong written communication skills for detailed reporting.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a national team.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
