Property Surveyor – Central London Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Surveyor to manage a prestigious commercial portfolio in Central London. You will join a high‑performing property services team and report directly to the Director of Property Services, working across flagship locations in Canary Wharf, Soho and a new development near Liverpool Street.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, including lease administration
• Oversee financial management, budgeting and service charge preparation
• Coordinate day‑to‑day property operations and contractor compliance
• Provide leadership and support to the wider property management team
• Ensure exceptional service delivery across a multi‑tenanted commercial portfolio

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Surveyor
• Experience managing commercial properties within a London corporate environment
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and organisational ability
• RICS qualification or working towards qualification (e.g., AssocRICS)
