Property Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Tax Senior Manager to join our award‑winning top‑30 accountancy practice in Central London. You will work within the corporate tax property sector, providing proactive tax advice to a diverse portfolio of property clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services on property‑related matters, including structuring, group reorganisations, interest deductibility, international tax and withholding taxes.
• Lead tax due‑diligence projects and advise on tax structuring for acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
• Review tax provisions in sale‑and‑purchase agreements, including warranties and indemnities.
• Manage a small portfolio of large property clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and identifying tax‑efficient opportunities.
• Oversee billing, work‑in‑progress and line‑manage junior staff, supporting their development.
• Contribute to business development by representing the firm at property networking events and supporting growth of the property tax practice.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver high‑standard work and excellent client service.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to work independently and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels internally and externally.
• Creative mindset to identify tax opportunities and potential pitfalls.
• Experience managing a client portfolio that includes groups.
• CTA qualification preferred; strong tax knowledge required.

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to £95,000 per year.
