About the role

Join an award‑winning estate agency as a Property Valuer / Lister in Welling. You will drive new business, conduct market appraisals and help vendors achieve the best price for their properties while enjoying a competitive earnings package.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions.
• Provide expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Negotiate offers and support sales progression where required.
• Collaborate with negotiators to maximise opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local property market trends.
• Contribute to branch performance and office success.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven and target focused.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Well presented, professional and highly organised.
• Full UK driving licence (company car or own vehicle required).
