Key responsibilities

• Engage with highly motivated customers actively seeking protection advice – no cold calling.
• Provide personalised recommendations across Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection products.
• Support clients through sensitive personal conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage multiple client journeys simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality service at each stage.
• Collaborate within a high‑performing community of 120+ advisers across the UK.
• Build long‑term relationships and deliver advice you can be proud of.

Required profile

• Proven experience in protection advice with a strong track record.
• Knowledge of Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection products.
• Interest or experience in Business Protection, with specialist pathways available.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high advice standards.
• Personal accountability for performance and ambition for long‑term growth.
• R05 qualification preferred but not essential.
