Provisioning Specialist

About the role

Cognism is seeking a Provisioning Specialist to ensure customers and internal teams receive the correct access to its SaaS products. The role involves managing account provisioning, supporting trials, and resolving account‑related issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and manage user accounts with appropriate access levels across internal systems.
• Verify user and account information to maintain accurate records and support security compliance.
• Partner with Sales and customer‑facing teams to provision trial and customer accounts on time.
• Handle internal provisioning requests across departments to enable efficient workflow.
• Investigate and troubleshoot provisioning issues, driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Customer Success and other teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain high accuracy and follow established processes and usage policies.
• Participate in a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous global coverage.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, provisioning or technical support, preferably in SaaS.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills for problem investigation and root‑cause identification.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools and processes.
