Purchase Ledger Accountant – Live Music

About the role

Join a leading UK live entertainment company as a Purchase Ledger Accountant, based in central London. You will become part of a dynamic finance team supporting a fast‑growing music business, handling all purchase ledger activities from invoice entry to payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Code and input all supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Process payments and manage payment timing with suppliers.
• Enter transactions using SUN and Excel, including deposits.
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain up‑to‑date bank records.
• Provide ad‑hoc finance support as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience processing high volumes of invoices, preferably within media, entertainment or live‑music environments.
• Strong interest in the live entertainment sector and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
