Qualified Joiner – Full‑time, Company Van Provided

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Joiner to join our team in Ashford, delivering high‑quality joinery work for social housing and domestic properties. You will work locally, using a company van, and help improve the homes and neighbourhoods of our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out joinery installations and repairs in occupied homes and void properties.
• Fit doors, kitchens, flooring and internal fittings to specification.
• Protect customers' homes and belongings while working.
• Collaborate with supervisors, schedulers and wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Record work activity and complete required documentation.
• Support apprentices and contribute to team KPIs.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
• Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably in social housing or domestic settings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based within the TN postcode area.
• Will undergo a basic DBS check.

Required skills

• Joinery installation and repair techniques.
• Use of digital tools (iPad, mobile phone) for reporting.
• IT literacy or willingness to learn digital systems.
• Ability to operate a company van safely.
