Quality Manager – Calibration & Measurement

About the role

Join a fast‑growing battery technology company as a Quality Manager focused on calibration and measurement. You will ensure that all monitoring and measuring equipment operates to the highest standards of accuracy and reliability, supporting the company’s sustainable energy mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the calibration system, asset register and traceability for all measurement equipment.
• Lead investigations of out‑of‑tolerance equipment, implement containment actions and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Oversee internal calibration activities and coordinate external service providers while maintaining compliance with international standards.
• Define calibration and measurement requirements for new equipment and processes, supporting validation and qualification.
• Govern Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, track issues and ensure timely closure.
• Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, monitoring key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in calibration management within automotive, manufacturing, chemical or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025 and the AIAG MSA manual.
• Demonstrated ability to lead MSA studies and manage calibration systems.
• Familiarity with problem‑solving methods such as 8D, FMEA and PPAP.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology or a related technical discipline with leadership capability.
