Quote-to-Cash Lead

About the role

Equifind Group is partnering with a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed SaaS business to lead its Quote‑to‑Cash function. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will own the full end‑to‑end Q2C and O2C lifecycle, driving modernisation, automation and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and transform the entire Quote‑to‑Cash and Order‑to‑Cash process, from contract management through billing, collections, cash application and customer onboarding.
• Map, review and optimise O2C workflows to improve controls, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Standardise processes to support rapid growth, future acquisitions and scalability.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, Finance and Technology to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead billing, collections, revenue operations and cash‑management activities.
• Build KPI frameworks and reporting across the O2C lifecycle.
• Champion automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Support ERP, CRM and billing system integrations to create a connected operating model.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high‑performing team focused on continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Order‑to‑Cash, Revenue Operations, Shared Services or Finance Operations, preferably in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed environment.
• Passion for process transformation with a track record of leveraging automation and AI for scalable change.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle (contract management, billing, collections, cash application, revenue recognition).
• Experience with ERP, CRM and billing platforms.
• Strong expertise in automation, digital transformation and AI‑enabled workflow tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
