Real Estate Account Manager

About the role

Join Gallagher’s thriving Real Estate practice as an Account Manager, supporting a diverse portfolio of property clients across London, Guildford and Chichester. You will work on a hybrid basis, collaborating with insurers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality service and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real‑estate clients, preparing documentation for new business, mid‑term adjustments and renewals.
• Accurately record client details in the system to maintain data integrity.
• Obtain renewal terms, explore alternative options and present the best solutions to clients.
• Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensure cover is bound by the renewal date.
• Liaise with insurers to confirm cover, process policies and chase outstanding documentation.
• Handle account queries, credit control matters and flag any concerns.
• Apply fundamental legal and regulatory policies in line with internal insurance procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
• Excellent communication abilities for client and insurer interaction.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
• Experience in account handling or client service within the real‑estate or insurance sector is preferred.
