About the role

This permanent, full‑time position offers recruiters a chance to transition into the employability and careers sector within a well‑established charity. You will be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, supporting individuals with health conditions or disabilities to secure sustainable work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support to job‑seekers with health challenges, helping them prepare for and obtain employment.
• Work across community sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices and NHS Trusts, building partnerships with clinical teams.
• Deliver personalised action plans, monitor progress and adjust support as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training, shadowing and team‑leader coaching to develop specialist skills.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience or B2B sales background.
• Experience supporting vulnerable or disadvantaged people, or a graduate with relevant exposure.
• Motivation to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

• Permanent contract with a salary of £32,000‑£35,000 per year (based on experience).

• Community‑based work environment (no remote working) with a Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm schedule.
