Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (London, Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a global technology leader to find an experienced Recruiter to join a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team. Based in London with a hybrid schedule, you will support hiring across the EMEA region, delivering a world‑class candidate experience while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple vacancies across EMEA.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, advise on strategy and influence hiring decisions.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular recruitment metrics and market insights.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies while maintaining quality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA is highly desirable.
