Recruitment Business Manager – Bournemouth (Hybrid)

About the role

Reed is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Business Manager to lead and grow its Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialisms in Bournemouth. This hybrid role combines leadership of a small team with your own 360 recruitment desk, allowing you to drive revenue while shaping market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants.
• Run a successful 360 recruitment desk within Business Support and/or Accountancy & Finance.
• Grow market share across Bournemouth and the wider Dorset region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while securing new business.
• Drive team performance, quality and profitability.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants to achieve their full potential.
• Lead by example and champion Reed's values and culture.

Required profile

• Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment.
• Experience managing people or a strong desire to move into leadership.
• Track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving results.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions‑focused approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
