Recruitment Consultant – 360 Associate (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Node & Vector is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its Associate team. In this 360‑recruiter position you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for frontier‑technology clients, working closely with the founding team on high‑impact mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage senior technical and leadership talent through direct outreach, referrals and creative research methods.
• Manage candidates from initial contact through offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding hiring briefs, advising on market positioning and delivering concise shortlists.
• Develop market knowledge across protocol engineering, smart contracts, AI/ML, DeFi and related domains.
• Maintain a disciplined, data‑driven pipeline using tracking tools and metrics.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a similarly results‑driven role.
• Comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle – business development, client management, sourcing, screening and closing.
• Strong communication skills; able to interact confidently with CTOs, founders and senior engineers.
• Intellectually curious about technology, startups and the venture ecosystem.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a small, high‑performing team and can handle ambiguity and rejection.
