About the role
We are seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our technology and transformation recruitment team in central Bristol. The role focuses on permanent placements, offering a competitive base salary and uncapped commission. You will work closely with fast‑growth scale‑ups, global consultancies and enterprise organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach high‑quality professionals within niche technology markets.
- Conduct detailed screening and qualification calls.
- Proactively outreach new businesses and develop relationships with hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
Required profile
- Strong sales drive and ambition for high earnings.
- Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of £28k‑£35k per year.
- Uncapped commission up to 50% of billings.
